Community Church of Atascadero is actively involved both inside and outside the church. There are so many ways our congregation members are impacting the world with their gifts, it is hard to put all of that information on a web page.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, for the foreseeable future, Community Church will not have in-person worship services or other in-person gatherings. We continue to welcome you into community as we develop other ways of being church together.

BODY MOTION FITNESS

Mon, Wed, Fri, 8am-9am in Fellowship Hall at Community Church

A fitness program with simple dance based choreography! Focused on improving coordination, flexibility, balance, strength, and a lot of fun!

Weights, floor work, and rope stretching with a yoga fusion intermixed. Taught by Brenda May,  with 30 years of experience in teaching exercise classes.

Any age is welcomed. Students work at their own pace and you can take a complimentary class before signing up for a month at $30.00, or class by class for $5.00. Important to note, research has proven choreography helps to keep your mind working!!
